- Share as much material know-how as you can to speed up the choice of the most efficient process.
- No detail is trivial or weird. Colors, aroma have a great impact on how the operator will prepare the technology, protection settings & calculate cleanup after processing your material.
- A small sample makes a big difference. Observations & trials mixed with experience allow the contract manufacturer not to start from zero.
- Report supply chain changes: almost identical material from other sources may need some adjustments during processing. Let them know about the changes.
- Be open for process modifications: an experienced partner may propose an additional or to eliminate a processing step. Results count. Trust their experience and technology.
- Name a project responsible for the direct contact with the toll manufacturer. A person who knows all about your material, technology and aimed results. Nothing is as efficient as a direct contact for questions, troubleshooting with a person who knows the answers.
